Customer-supplied flooring, installed right

Already Bought Your Flooring? We’ll Install It.

Need the flooring too? We can help with that as well.

Bought your flooring from a big-box home-improvement store, a flooring warehouse, or an online retailer? We install it — measuring, preparation, and installation handled by a local installation team that works with customer-supplied material.

You already have the flooring, so you are pricing the installation only. That depends mainly on how much floor there is, what you bought and its manufacturer instructions, the subfloor preparation, tear-out of the old floor, and stairs and transitions.

Measured at your home, free and with no obligation.

Common questions

Answered honestly

Will an installer even work with flooring I already bought?

Yes — we install customer-supplied flooring, whether it came from a big-box home-improvement store, a flooring warehouse, or an online retailer. Bring us the product name or brand when you request your estimate so we can review the manufacturer’s installation instructions ahead of time.

Did I buy enough material?

Manufacturers usually recommend ordering extra material to cover cuts, waste, and future repairs — check the specific instructions that came with your product. At your estimate we measure the rooms and can tell you whether your quantity looks right before installation day.

Who handles preparation — subfloor, moisture, old flooring removal?

We do, as part of the installation. At your estimate we check the subfloor (slab-on-grade concrete is common in South Florida) and review what preparation your specific product calls for. Removal of your old flooring can be included — we’ll walk through it with you.

What if I need transitions or baseboards addressed?

We review transitions and baseboards as part of the estimate walkthrough, so there are no surprises once installation starts.

Will someone damage the flooring I already paid for?

We handle customer-supplied material as carefully as material we’d supply ourselves — it’s already paid for, and it’s the reason you called an installer instead of doing it yourself. Ask us about our process at your estimate.

How quickly can installation happen?

It depends on the size of the project and our schedule. We’ll give you real dates at your estimate rather than a generic promise here.

How it works

A clear process, start to finish

  1. 01

    Request your estimate

Tell us about your project through the form or by phone — flooring type, rough square footage, and whether you already bought material.

  2. 02

    We measure and inspect

At your estimate, we measure the rooms, check the subfloor, and review transitions and baseboards so the quote reflects your actual space.

  3. 03

    You get a clear quote

A written estimate based on what we measured — not a generic per-square-foot guess.

  4. 04

    Installation on your schedule

We schedule around your project size and our availability, and confirm real dates before work begins.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it matter where I bought my flooring?

No — we install flooring purchased from a big-box home-improvement store, a flooring warehouse, or an online retailer. We are an independent installer and are not affiliated with any of them.

What if I am not sure I bought enough, or the right underlayment?

Bring your product details to the estimate. We’ll check your product’s manufacturer instructions together and flag anything that needs adjusting before installation day.

Can you also remove my old flooring?

Yes — old-flooring removal can be included as part of the installation. We’ll cover it at your estimate.

Do you install in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach too?

Yes, in addition to Broward County. Boynton Beach is our northern boundary.
